Using the app was very intuitive and easy. We received a lot of ads from a large pool of rental agencies. The only complaint is that some apartments would have received 10-20 viewing requests while the ad appeared in rent bird just a minute ago. But we managed to find our new home through the app.

My experience was pretty good, we found a house after 1.5 months after really pushing for the search. Great app, user friendly and handy. One thing missing though is an ability to look at the history of houses where we actually applied for. At least, I couldn’t find it;) all rest was perfect
