What we consider important:
- You are completely comfortable in front of the camera
- You have creative ideas and can contribute to original hooks and storylines
- You speak fluent Dutch and/or English
- You can articulate clearly and enthusiastically
- You have a (sole proprietorship / partnership / limited company) with a Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number and can send invoices
- You are at least 20 years old
- You have not collaborated with another brand in the real estate industry in the last 24 months

How does it work?
Follow the steps below to get started:
- Sign up via the registration form.
- We schedule an online introduction. In this video call, we discuss what you can expect from us and vice versa. We also agree on compensation.
- Upon mutual agreement, we start drafting a briefing and script. Your ideas and input are more than welcome.
- After receiving the briefing, you start creating the content.
- We review the content and provide feedback where necessary.
- Upon approval, you send us an invoice.
- Payment will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
