Not happy with Houssalert? We're sorry to see you go. But, as promised, if you contact us within 14 days of purchase, you'll get your money back. No questions asked. Email us at hello@housalert.com or send us a WhatsApp message.
2. I want to cancel my subscription (after the trial period)
If you signed up for Housalertmore than 14 days ago, you can easily cancel your paid subscription yourself via My Housalert. Here's how:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to 'Subscription'
3. Click on 'Cancel subscription'
4. Follow the steps and confirm. That's it!

What happens after I cancel?

Your subscription runs until the end of your billing period
This means that if you cancel now, you'll still be able to use Housalert until the end of the period you've paid for. For example, if you started your 3-month subscription on March 24th, your subscription, property alerts, and automatic payments will end on June 15th.
Your searches remain active until the end of your subscription.
Found a new home, and don't want to receive property matches any more? Congratulations! To stop receiving property matches, you'll need to delete your searches in My Housalert.

How do I stop automatic renewal?
When you cancel your subscription in My Housalert, your automatic renewal will stop. But you'll still have full access until the end of your billing period. And if you change your mind and want to keep Housalert, you can easily turn automatic renewal back on in My Housalert.
When exactly does my subscription end?
You can find your subscription end date in My Housalert. Your subscription will continue as usual until the end date, regardless of when you cancel. So, if you signed up for a two-month subscription on January 15th, you will still have access until March 15th.
How long will it take for my cancellation to be processed?
Your cancellation will be processed immediately, and you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive the confirmation email, please get in touch so we can check that your cancellation has gone through. We recommend that you cancel at least one week before the end of your billing period. This gives us time to stop your direct debit. If your direct debit isn't stopped in time, you may be charged. If that happens, we'll refund you within a few business days.
How quickly will I get my money back if I cancel within the 14-day trial period?
It can take up to 7 working days for the money to appear in your account. Thanks for your patience.
